I live in the SF Bay Area. A call from area code 925, local to the Bay Area, to.

I only have Ooma Basic, so no Blacklist or advanced privacy settings. My Caller Id is not blocked for outgoing calls. I have been working with Ooma support and tech support for six days for many hours by phone calls with Ooma. The support staffs at Ooma has very terrible communication skills, they need more training before being allow to talk to customers.Call Logs. Once in a while you may want to check out who you've been chatting with - an impossible task with a traditional phone! With Ooma call logs, you can see a detailed report of your recent incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. You'll be able to see the duration of the calls and which phone line the call came in on.New customer, new setup.
